Port Arthur ISD votes to change school names

The Port Arthur Independent School District voted Thursday night to change the names of two of their schools. Dick Dowling Elementary School will be renamed Port Acres Elementary and Robert E. Lee Elementary will be renamed Lakeview Elementary.
