Sylvia Borne Hebert: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church in Channelview, Texas with interment to follow at 3:00 p.m. at Calvary Cemetery in Port Arthur, Texas, under the direction of Melancon’s Funeral Home.
