More grand jury indictments

The following persons were indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury this week:

 

  • Mark Anthony Sigur aka Mark Siguer, 52, of Port Arthur was indicted for retaliation, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Sep. 1 in Port Arthur.
  • Phillip Glenn Sterling, 32, of Nederland was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 6 in Port Neches.
  • Joseph Nickles Fuselier aka Joseph Nickles Fuselier II aka Joseph Nickles Fueselier, 28, of Port Arthur was indicted for three counts of credit/debit cad abuse, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Aug. 13 in Port Arthur.
  • Charles Clifford Carson Jr., 51, of Nederland was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 8 in Port Arthur.
  • Yvette Marie Vincent aka Yvett Marie Vincent, 59, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 8 in Port Arthur.
  • Ernie Joseph Davis, 55, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 26 in Port Arthur.
  • Troung Minh Kelvin Nguyen, 34, of Groves was indicted for harassment of a public servant: Correction or detention facility, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Aug. 29 in Port Arthur.
  • Robert Dwayne Reed aka Robert Reed, 41, of Port Arthur was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 5 in Port Arthur.
  • Donald Ray Renfrow III, 36, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 26 in Port Neches.
  • Seth Anthony Savoy, 22, of Church Point, Louisiana was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (tetrahydrocannabinol (THC)), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Oct. 28 in Beaumont.
  • Rodney Thomas aka Rodney James Thomas, 31, of Beaumont was indicted for evading arrest/detention with previous convictions, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred May 12 in Beaumont.
  • Crystal N. Brown, 35, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (phencyclidine (PCP)), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 26 in Beaumont.
  • Roland Timothy Cardenas aka Roland Cardenas, 43, of Beaumont was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred July 1 in Beaumont.
  • Quars Anthony Harden, 28, of Beaumont was indicted for evading arrest/detention use of a vehicle, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 26 in Beaumont.
  • Douglas Edward Hendon, 56, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Nov. 10 in Beaumont.
  • Joshua Michael Hunt, 29, of Port Neches was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 22 in Port Neches.
