The following persons were indicted by a Jefferson County grand jury this week:

 

• Gerald Wayne Berry, 22, of Beaumont was indicted for two counts of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 23 in Beaumont.
• Kent Hadnot Jr., 26, a transient, was indicted for burglary (habitation), a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred April 23 in Beaumont.
• Timothy Joseph Haynes, 32, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary (habitation), a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred June 2 in Beaumont.
• Greyson Leday, 19, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Aug. 17 in Beaumont.
• Derrick Henry, 21, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Aug. 17 in Beaumont.
• Jameldryn Wilridge, 19, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Aug. 17 in Beaumont.
• Brittany Nichole Jefferson, 18, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary (habitation), a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Aug. 28 in Beaumont.
• Coriona Johnson, 18, of Beaumont was indicted for burglary (habitation), a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Aug. 28 in Beaumont.
• Ashley Renee Loftin, 31, of Spurger was indicted for theft of service, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 31 in Beaumont.
• John Clifford Marshall aka John C. Marhsall, 48, of Tallahassee, Florida was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Aug. 24 in Beaumont.
• Benito Olivo, 54, of Beaumont was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Sep. 19, 2017 in Beaumont.
• Alvin Provo Sr. aka Alvin Provo, 69, of Beaumont was indicted for failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Aug. 3 in Beaumont.
• Brandon Lee Powell aka Brandon Powell, 30, of Port Arthur was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred July 1 in Port Arthur.
• Regina Carrier, 35, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft (prior theft convictions), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred April 25 in Beaumont.
• Regina Carrier, 35, of Beaumont was indicted for felony theft (prior theft convictions), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred June 9 in Beaumont.
• Kimberly Christine Hamilton aka Kimberly Christine Chick aka Kimberly Christine Tucker, 45, of Kountze was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 27 in Jefferson County.
• Jesse E. Gentry aka Jesse Eric Gentry aka Jessie Gentry, 42, of Vidor was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (hydromorphone), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred June 19 in Beaumont.
  • Joseph Nickles Fuselier aka Joseph Nickles Fuselier II aka Joseph Nickles Fueselier, 28, of Port Arthur was indicted for two counts of credit/debit card abuse, a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred July 23 in Port Arthur.
• Kenneth Wesley Hollingsworth, 58, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 6 in Beaumont.
