Ralph W. Blackwell, 50, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018. He was a native of Port Arthur, Texas and was a 1986 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School. Ralph was a U.S. Navy veteran and was a professional delivery driver for the medical field for 20 year.

Memorial Service will be 10:00AM Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Hannah Funeral Home with Rev. Thurman Bartie officiating. Visitation will begin 9:00AM until service time. Per the decedent’s wishes cremation was held at Haven of Rest Crematory.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 29 years Roshonda Yeggins Blackwell, three daughters; Raniqua, Riandra and Raquel two sons; Rashard and Ransom; one grandson Gavin Fisher all of Katy TX and a host of relative and friends. Services entrusted to Hannah Funeral Home, Inc.
