Lincoln grad named Houston Madison coach
Shawn Narcisse has been named head football coach at Houston Madison.
His second game at the helm will bring the 1989 Lincoln graduate back to Port Arthur, as Memorial is scheduled to host Narcisse’s Marlins on Sept. 7.
