Antonio Pablo Morales of Port Arthur, TX passed peacefully on Thursday July 26, 2018 at the age of 77, at the Southeast Texas Medical Center. A native of Bilwas Karma, Nicaragua. He was a resident of Port Arthur for 37 years. He had a career working in Refineries when he came to the USA. He was the founding member at the Good Shepard Moravian Church alongside with wife Celia Morales since December 24, 1988. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Celia for over 45 years. He enjoyed fatherhood, and was known by many as “Papa”.  While living in Nicaragua, he took on the responsibility of raising two daughters as his own, Brenda Cristina Zamora, and Ana Stam.  While living in the United States he helped support and raise two grandsons, Donnie Balladares and Mitchel Balladares. He spent much of his retired life devoted to the Good Shepherd Moravian Church and its members. He enjoyed giving rides to those that called upon him to do so. He will be missed by many.

The wake will be from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Friday, August 3, 2018 at Good Shepherd Moravian Church, 2910 34th Street, Port Arthur, TX 77642.  The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, August 4, 2018 at the church.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
