FOOTBALL: PNG’s Johnson competes in Elite 11 finals

Published 2:48 pm Monday, June 4, 2018

Port Neches-Groves senior Roschon Johnson made a list of 24 quarterbacks who competed this past weekend in the Elite 11 Finals, an elite quarterback camp and competition in Los Angeles.

The top 12, in this year’s case, advance to the June 30-July 3 The Opening finals at The Star in Frisco. Johnson, who is orally committed to the University of Texas, won a regional competition of The Opening in Euless on April 29, but did not make the final 12, however.
