Grand jury indictments revealed

A Jefferson County grand jury indicted the following persons this week:

 

  • Robert David Cauley aka Robert D. Cauley aka Robert Dale Cauley, 48, of Beaumont was indicted for four counts of burglary of vehicle (prior burglary of vehicle convictions), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Aug. 15 in Beaumont.
  • Raphael Dimenick Sam aka Raphael D. Sam, 34, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 24 in Beaumont.
  • Raphael Dimenick Sam, 34, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated kidnapping, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 24 in Beaumont.
  • Raphael Dimenick Sam, 34, of Beaumont was indicted for assault-family violence/choking, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 23 in Beaumont.
  • Brendan Jacorey McGee, 20, of Beaumont was indicted for two counts of aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 17 in Beaumont.
  • Kris Sagona, 37, of Lacombe, Louisiana was indicted for impersonating a public servant, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 22 in Beaumont.
  • Kris Sagona, 37, of Lacombe, Louisiana was indicted for aggravated assault, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 22 in Beaumont.
  • Floyd Burton Toran aka Floyd Berton Toran aka Floyd Toran, 43, of Beaumont was indicted for aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Dec. 20 in Beaumont.
  • Deven Dominick Taylor aka Devon Dominick Taylor aka Devin Domonick Taylor aka Deven Domonick Taylor aka Deven Taylor, 38, of Port Arthur was indicted for three counts of assault (on a public servant), a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 8 in Port Arthur.
  • Deven Dominick Taylor aka Devon Dominick Taylor aka Devin Domonick Taylor aka Deven Domonick Taylor aka Deven Taylor, 38, of Port Arthur was indicted for harassment of a public servant: correction or detention facility, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 8 in Port Arthur.
  • Michael Anthony Sanders aka Michael Sanders, 25, of Port Neches was indicted for assault (on a public servant), a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 15 in Port Neches.
  • Jason Elliot Haselden, 40, of Hamshire was indicted for assault-family violence/choking, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 12 in Jefferson County.
  • Chandler Lee Simmons, 17, of Groves was indicted for three counts of burglary (building), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 24 in Groves.
  • Kenneth Wayne Speights, 50, of Beaumont was indicted for felony driving while intoxicated, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Feb. 2 in Jefferson County.
  • Christopher Sanborn aka Christopher Dale Sanborn aka Chris Sanborn, 35, of Port Neches was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Sep. 29 in Port Neches.
  • Inetha Foster Andrews aka Anita Brooks, 48, of Beaumont was indicted for unlawful possession of firearm by felon, a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 9 in Beaumont.
  • Travis Jeray Deshotel, 33, of Beaumont was indicted for robbery, a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred March 23 in Beaumont.
  • Sharelle Nicole Collins aka Starelle Nicole Collins, 33, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Oct. 21 in Beaumont.
  • Jamaal Knighton aka Jamal Keith Knighton, 32, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), a state jail felony, for an incident that occurred Oct. 14 in Beaumont.
  • Phillip Matthew Smith Jr. aka Phillip M. Smith Jr., 36, of Lumberton was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Sep. 24 in Beaumont.

  • Dante Anthony Spencer, 26, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a second-degree felony, for an incident that occurred May 3 in Beaumont.
  • Rakeem Arkeel Allen, 22, of Beaumont was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (amphetamine), a third-degree felony, for an incident that occurred Jan. 30 in Jefferson County.
