Pearl L. Milstead 81, of Port Arthur, TX passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at her home in Port Arthur, TX. A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2018, 9am at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church. Funeral services 11am with burial to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Vernon Baker. She is survived by her son Manuel Smith, her granddaughter Michelle Smith and her sister Judith Broxton.
