Mr. Willie Clifford Thomas of Port Arthur, TX gained eternal rest Sunday March 11, 2018 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas. A native of Ville Platte, Louisiana, he was a resident of Port Arthur for over 60 years and retired from Gulf States Utilities/Entergy in 1994.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Strong Tower Ministries with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.  Pastor Herbert Fontenette, III will officiate. 

He is preceded in death by parents Wilford and Lillian Thomas and son Joseph Thomas.

Survivors include:  daughters Sheralonda Beckett and Drasheena Thomas of Port Arthur, TX and sons Willie Thomas of Port Arthur, TX and Christopher Thomas of Boston, MA; devoted niece/Godchild raised as a daughter Alanna Davis (George); as well as five grandchildren; sisters Nora Samuels and Deborah Thomas; and special friend and soulmate Miranda Thomas all of whom reside in Port Arthur, TX.
