The first head football coach at Ozen will become the first head coach at Beaumont United when the school officially begins operations over the summer.

Arthur Louis Jr. was hired Wednesday and introduced during a press conference at the Beaumont ISD. Louis led the Panthers for the first four years of their existence, owning a 24-20 record and taking his team to the playoffs each year. His 2000 team won a district championship.

Louis also served as assistant principal at Ozen from June 2011-December 2012.
