Earline Dear Hutchinson

Earline Dear Hutchinson, 87, of Beaumont and former resident of Groves passed away on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Clairmont Nursing Home in Beaumont.
She was born on July 12, 1930 to her parents, Gussie and Beulah Dear in DeRidder, Louisiana. Earline was a longtime member of Central Baptist Church in Port Arthur. She retired from J.C. Penney as a storeroom clerk after 20 plus years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Chester George Hutchinson and her daughter, Rhonda Johnson.
Earline is survived by her daughters, Ann Ruckstuhl and husband, Pat of Corpus Christi, Texas, Karen Chelette and husband, Earnie of Wiergate, Texas, her son, Vernon Talbert and wife, Judy of Bridge City, her step-daughter, Patsy Powell of San Leon, Texas, her three step-sons, George Hutchinson and wife, Norma of Port Arthur, Leonard Hutchinson of Deer Park, Texas, Floyd Hutchinson Pasadena, Texas. She leaves 10 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild as well as numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren to cherish her memory.
She is also survived by two sisters, Irene Cole of Pitkin, Louisiana and Sue McDonald of Stephenville, Texas, her brother, Arthur Dear and wife, Ann of DeRidder, Louisiana along with numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 5, 2018 at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves. Service to honor Earline’s Life will be celebrated at 2:00 PM Tuesday, March 6, 2018 in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson with Dr. Phil Sigman, officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Nederland under the direction of Clayton Thompson.
