BOYS BASKETBALL: MEMORIAL-BARBERS HILL PLAYOFF SET FOR MONDAY AT C’VIEW

Following Porter’s 45-43 win over Barbers Hill on Friday, Port Arthur Memorial’s bi-district game in the 5A boys basketball playoffs has been set.
The loss gave Barbers Hill the fourth seed out of District 21-5A, meaning the Eagles will have to take on Memorial in the first round. The bi-district game is set for 6 p.m. Monday at Channelview High School.
Memorial (27-5), which has won 19 in a row, went unbeaten in District 22-5A.
