Lamar State College Port Arthur announced the signing of Terrance “Remy” Minor, the first of the Seahawks’ recruiting class for the 2018-19 season.

Minor, a 5-foot-7 guard from Fort Bend Bush High School, is ranked 29th in the latest RCS Sports Top 75 list for the 2017-18 season, according to Lamar State. He plays club ball for the T.J. Ford Elite Blue.

Statistics for Minor were unavailable, but Lamar State assistant coach Casey Apetrei tweeted about him: “Great basketball player and an even better person. Will be a head coach one day as well.”
