Reserved tickets sold during the preseason for Port Neches-Groves’ home football game against Port Arthur Memorial are still valid despite a change in date, the athletic office announced.

The game has been moved up to this Friday, with kickoff at 7 p.m., as a result of the previously compressed portion of the District 22-5A schedule. This marks the first regular Friday in the district schedule.

“The reserved tickets that were sold during preseason sales have October 20 as the game date; however the Memorial ticket is still valid despite the date being changed,” the athletic department wrote in a statement.
