Despite shooting his best round of the week, to move into a tie for 25th place in the Portland Open, Andrew Landry lost his spot atop the Web.com Tour money list.

Landry, in fact, fell from No. 1 to No. 4 in the final money standings.

Brice Garnett, who won the tournament, moved from 11th to first on the money list. Sam Ryder and Abraham Ancer, after finishing in a three-way tie for second, wound up No. 2 and No. 3 on the list.

Landry closed with a 67 on the Witch Hollow Course at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club to finish the tournament at 8-under-par 276. That was 10 shots behind Garnett, who shot 63-65 on the weekend to win by four strokes.

After collecting $6,357 for his T25, Landry finished with $292,939 in winnings. Though he lost some perks, like getting into the 2018 Players Championship, the Groves native will be able to play the PGA Tour full time next year.

His 2017 season, however, is not over. He will return to action Thursday in the opening round of the Web.com playoffs in Columbus, Ohio.

Garnett, who picked up a check for $144,000 for the victory in Portland, topped the money list with $368,761 in official earnings.
