Ethel Rose Guilbeau, 78, of Port Arthur passed away Saturday, August 19, 2017 after a battle with cancer. A native of Opelousas, LA she was a long time resident of Port Arthur, TX.  Ethel is preceded in death by one son Larry James Guilbeau, husband Umpson Gabriel Guilbeau, parents Willie and Felicia Reed, three sisters and one brother.

Cherishing her memories is two sons, Wayne (Ralpheal) of Beaumont, TX. Glenn (Marilyn) of Houston, TX; one daughter Stephanie of Port Arthur, TX. 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers and a host of nieces and nephews.

Service will be 9:00 a.m. Saturday, August 26, 2017 at St. James Catholic Church, 3617 Gulfway Dr., Port Arthur, TX with visitation from 8 a.m. until service time.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
