PA man shot, police seek suspect

A 53-year-old Port Arthur man was shot at least once and ran to a nearby store for help Tuesday night.
His condition is unknown at this time.
Police got the call of a shooting victim at about 10:05 p.m. at BJ’s Store, 1201 Seventh St. The victim has been shot near the intersection of Eighth Street and Charleston Avenue and had run to the store for help, according to a press release from the city of Port Arthur. He was transported by EMS to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.
A possible suspect was identified but has not been apprehended.
