Roland John Gautreaux, 68, of Groves, Died April 15, 2017, in Groves. A native of Port Arthur and lifelong resident of the Mid County area, Mr. Gautreax served his country in the United States Marine Corp. He retired as a Process Operator with Texaco.

Mr. Gautreaux is Survived by his wife, of 31 years, Marilyn Sue Gautreaux; his Step Children Randy McClanahan and Shawn McClanahan of Bridge City, Carolyn Smith of Mauriceville and Angela Mundy of San Marcos; fifteen step grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, April 21, 2017 at 2:30pm in the chapel of Grammier – Oberle Funeral Home. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00pm Friday prior to the funeral hour. Mr. Gautreaux will be interred in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorial contributions.
