Michael Anthony Kennerly, 54, of Port Arthur passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 at Memorial Hospital in Lake Charles, LA. He was born June 7, 1962 to the late Wilton L. Kennerly and Juanita Mary Jones Kennerly.

Michael was a lifelong resident of Port Arthur and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He was a nationwide truck driver for 30 years. He was a member of Texas Ranger Posse’ motorcycle club and Million Man Miles Trucking Club.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents; stepmother Evon Kennerly; brothers Donald Ray and Wilton L. Kennerly, Jr. and grandparents.

Survivors include his wife Kim J. Kennerly; sisters, Sandra, Gwendolyn, Jackie, Katherine all of Boston, MA, Sandra Williams, Pervis Tyree, Barbara Kennerly (Eddie) and Cindy Kennerly all of Port Arthur and Patricia Parais of Austin, TX; brothers, Whitney Jones (Vernell), Todd Gardner (Kavoris) of Port Arthur and Timothy Warren of Houston, TX; stepdaughter Roshandra Snowden of Port Arthur, TX; four grandchildren; one aunt, Dorothy Kennerly of Jacksonville, FL; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 8 a.m. until service time. Arrangements under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
