Super Sunday lived up to its name as an exciting game went into overtime. Just as exciting were the scores this past week at the Max.

Alice Barnes is back at it as she led the senior ladies this week. Alice, bowling in the Queen Tumblers, shot games of 172, 202 and 195 for a 569 set.

Golden Oldies’ Rick Hermsen led the senior men this week as he reeled off games of 258, 223 and 268 for a 749 set.

The Max Bowl youth league Stars of Tomorrow had Cain Shaw setting the pace. Cain had games of 182, 190 and 213 for a 585 series.

Thursday night’s Energy Country Ford/Allstate League had the top bowlers of the week. RaeAnna Todora led all the women this week as she fired games of 225, 225 and 243 for a nice 693 set. Top bowler of the week honors go to Eric Manthei as he crushed the lanes with games of 248, 244 and 279 for a 771 set.
