Texas offers PNG’s Johnson

It was only a matter of time before Texas came calling for Roschon Johnson.
The Longhorns are the sixth football program to offer the Port Neches-Groves sophomore quarterback a scholarship. Johnson announced the offer on Twitter Wednesday.
Two days earlier, Lamar, Oklahoma and Houston all put forward scholarships to Johnson, who led the Indians to the regional semifinal of the 5A Division II playoffs.
