Mrs. Phyllis Lee, of Port Arthur, TX died Monday at her home. A native and resident of Port Arthur, TX for 76 years and was employed by the First Christian Faith Missionary Baptist Church as a musician. She was also diligently involved in the General Bowen Association until her illness.

A wake is scheduled from 6 P.M. until 9 P.M. Friday, January 6, 2017 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 P.M. Saturday, January 7, 2017 at First Sixth Street Baptist Church with Rev. Collins officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.

Survivors include her children Joe N Lee Jr. (Houston) and Melissa Lee (Port Arthur); 16 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren and a host of devoted family and friends.
