Last week had Derek and Sami Jo Williams as the top bowlers with Derek leading the way. This week it’s just about the same thing but with a little different twist. Sami Jo, one of the top female in the area, took top honors this week as she ripped the lanes in the Monday night Valero League. Sami Jo shot games of 274-238-266 to lead all bowlers this week with a 778 series.

Also bowling on Monday night, C.J. Moity led all the senior men once again this week. Chief shot games of 217-244-285 for a 746 set.

The senior female bowler comes from the Golden Oldies league as Gloria Divello is getting her game line up. Gloria shot games of 179-234-220 for a 633 series.

The Thursday night Energy Country Ford/Allstate League saw Daddy Williams leading all the male bowlers this week. Derek hammered the lanes with games of 279-236-257 for a 772 series.

The Saturday morning youth league, Stars of Tomorrow, had a couple of new names lead the way. First Cain Shaw shot games of 169-155-156 for a 480 set to lead the youth this week. Close behind was Kayla Kay. Kayla shot games of 177-147-122 for a 446 set.

This week, some of the leagues have taken the next couple of weeks off for the holidays. The hardcore leagues will continue to bowl over the holidays. This columnist wants to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and be safe in your travels.
