Bobbie Ballou, 82, of Port Arthur passed away Monday, November 28, 2016 at Mid Jefferson Extended Care Hospital in Port Arthur, Texas.

She was born on May 11, 1934 in Bon Weir, Texas to Lenora English.

She was a graduate of Abraham Lincoln High School and attended Prairie View A&M University.

Funeral services will be held Friday, December 2, 2016 at 10:00 am at Paradise Missionary Baptist Church in Port Arthur, Texas. Burial will follow at Belgrade Cemetery in Bon Weir, Texas. Services entrusted to Hannah Funeral Home, Inc.
