Eura Dell Levine Smith, 63 passed Friday, November 11, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlton Levine, Sr. and Blanche Jones Levine, two brothers Calvin Parker and Larry Levine, one sister Anna Levine Everfield.

She leaves to share her precious memory, one son, Corey Levine, two daughters, Theresa Smith and Sharon Ocasio, one brother, Carlton Levine, Jr., one sister Deborah Levine, a host of relatives and friends.

Services will be held Saturday a visitation at 9am with services at 11am, at Rock Island Baptist Church.
