SABINE PASS’ DOMINICK NAMED FIRST TEAM ALL-DIST.

Sabine Pass middle blocker Korie Dominick was named to the first team of the All-District 24-2A list, it was announced Thursday.

Dominick is one of three sophomores and seven Sharks from the 2A area-round team to receive all-district honors. Sophomore outside hitter Jaizee Landry made the second team.

Honorable mention players from Sabine Pass are junior Yainn Zuniga, junior Lexi “A.B.” Emerson, senior Baylee Battise, senior Karli Stelly and sophomore Anahi Gutierrez.
