Sheila Ann Fuller 59, of Port Arthur passed away October 27, 2016. Services will be held November 5, 2016 at New Jerusalem Missionary Baptist Church, 5920 Sam Ave. Port Arthur, TX. Visitation will begin at 11AM until Funeral at 1PM. Interment will be in Green Lawn Cemetery, Port Arthur, TX. Sheila is survived by her 3 children: Kokeja Hayes, DeWayne Hayes, and Randle Fuller. Her step children in which she claimed as her own Ade Arije and Jetawn Ford. Siblings: Ernestine Fuller, Regina Jones (Horace), Oweda Proctor (Wallace) and Marcus Hayes. 6-Grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
