Groves burglary, robbery suspect’s identity sought

GROVES — Groves Police is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man suspected of burglaries and robberies in and around Amber Park Apartments.
Groves Assistant City Marshal Kirk Rice said the man might be responsible for up to four burglaries and robberies that have occurred in the area of 5300 to 5400 blocks of Gulfway Drive in the past three months.
The suspect is described as a tall, think black man with short curly hair and between the ages of 20 to 25 years of age.
Anyone with information about the man’s identity is asked to call the Groves Police Department at 960-5743.
