Alma Louviere, 89, of Port Arthur passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at Cypress Glen Nursing Home. A native of Kinder, LA, Alma was a longtime area resident. She was a retired dietician from Park Place Hospital and a member of New Light Baptist Church.

Alma is preceded in death by her husband Enos Louviere.

She is survived by a son George Morris (Kimberly); grandson, Darius; sisters-in-law; brothers-in-law; one special niece, Dorothy Jean Taylor; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at New Light Baptist Church with Reverend Louis Hatch III officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
