Florence Lucille Boudreaux, 78, of Port Acres, Texas passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2016.

Florence was born on September 27, 1938 in Tioga, Louisiana to parents Lucille (Saucer) and Grady Lee Tullis. She had lived in the Port Arthur area for 54 years and had work as a legal assistant for many years. Florence was a very active member of Calvary Baptist Church in Port Acres; she was on the benevolence committee, sang in the church choir and she was the pastor right hand person. Florence was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Fredrick “Fred” Boudreaux on August 7, 2012.

Florence is survived by her children, Shannon Boudreaux of Big Spring, TX, Stephanie Boudreaux of Port Acres, TX; sisters, Dorothy Dupuy of Marksville, LA, Patsy Tullis of Alexandria, LA. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Keigan Weatherford, Kheena Weatherford, Avalon Colvin, Hayden Weatherford, Summer Boudreaux, Brandon Bollier and great grandchild, Alisha Bollier.

A 10 am funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Calvary Baptist Church in Port Acres, with at gathering of family and friends one hour prior to service time. Rev. Jeff Bell will officiate. Burial will be held at Tioga Cemetery in Tioga, Louisiana at 3:00 pm. Funeral services under the direction of Clayton Thompson Funeral Home.
