Pearl Trosclair, 86, of Groves, Texas passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016.

Pearl was born March 5, 1930 in Abbeville, Louisiana to Rudolph and Olete LeBlanc Legé.

She was a long time member of First Baptist Church Groves, Port Arthur Eastern Star Chapter #262, Groves Extension Homemakers Club, Day Lily Society Club, Groves Beautification Club and Crochet Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Joseph “Pete’ Trosclair; sisters, Verna Vincent, and Mabel Legé; brothers, Nedley Legé, Lawrence Marceaux, Irvin Legé, and Shelby Marceaux; grandsons, Kevin Paul Dietrich, and  Jody Dwight Vickers; and step-son, Kenneth Trosclair.

Survivors include her daughters, Gwendolyn Lee and her husband Wilford of Groves, Luella Bozek of Groves, Deborah Dietrich and her husband Worley of Groves, Judy Ann Zabish and her husband Charles of Lumberton, and Katie Trosclair of Houma, LA; son, Bobby James Cole and his wife Charlotte Ann of Port Neches; sister, Eva Mae Brown of Temple; brothers, Rudolph Legé of Groves, Gilbert Legé and his wife Vera of Groves, Gene Whitten-Legé and his wife Pat of Houston; grandchildren, T. J. Cole, Tammy Holt, Raney Beasley, Jeff Lee, Michelle Lopez, Annie Bozek, Mikey Bozek, Jeff Dietrich, Lawrence Kellar, Josh Cendejas, Bryson Cendejas, Kachawae Manning, Kodie Foret, John Bowie; and twenty-three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves with Dr. Joe Worley and Reverend Charles Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday evening from 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
