Joseph Harris Jr., 44, of Port Arthur, TX ascended from this world to be with our Savior on July 5, 2016.

Joseph was born in 1972 in Galveston, TX. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Yola Mae Alexander-Harris and Felton Harris, Sr.; his materal grandparents, Landry and Elmeta Wilkerson.

Left to cherish his memories is the mother of his children, LaTonia Denise Stephenson, daughters Montoya Harris and Joy Stephenson all residents of Houston, TX; his father, Joseph Harris, Sr. of Houston, TX, and his mother, Janette Willmore and stepfather Melvin Willmore, Sr. both of Port Arthur, TX; sisters Lashaunda Lastrapes (Michael, Jr.) of Houston, TX and Christina Willmore (Dwayne) of Port Arthur, TX; brothers, Joshua Harris (LaQuala), Melvin Willmore, Jr. both of Port Arthur, TX and Michael Dangerfield (Tamera) of Houston, TX; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Joseph’s memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, 501 West Thomas Blvd., Port Arthur, Texas under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
