Taylor named head coach at Ozen

The Beaumont ISD hired Edward Taylor as head football coach at Ozen High, the district announced Tuesday.

Taylor previously was Central’s offensive coordinator and assistant track and field coach. He is a member of Ozen’s first graduating class of 2000.

Taylor, who replaced David Suggs, received his bachelor’s degree from Lamar and master’s from Prairie View A&M.
