Thursday night’s Energy Country Ford League officially ended the 2015-16 season at The Max.

The end didn’t come without the excitement this league has provided all year. Trey Todora, also known as PT III for Phillip Todora III, finished off his season with his first career 300 in his third game. In front of the perfecto, Trey shot games of 198-256 for a nice 754 series as he led his team, The Gund Show & Ammo to a second-place finish in the end of the year roll-off.

Branden Powell shot games of 221-254-268 for a 743 to lead his team, Energy Country Ford, to a first-place finish and the league championship. Derek Williams led all bowlers with a 268-237-275 for a nice 780 series. Derek led his team, U Have 2 Bowl Us, to a third-place finish.

Vaughn Electric finished fourth, Nash-Rankin Shark Tank finished fifth and I Heard That finished sixth. Congrats to all the participants in the roll-off.

This league will not skip a beat as the summer session kicks off Thursday for a 12-week summer run. Also good luck to several of the local bowlers as they make the trek to Reno this week to bowl nationals. Any honor scores from nationals shall be reported.

On a final note, we failed to report an honor score last week. Rob Kistner fired a perfect game shooting 203-300- 61 for a 664 set. Congrats to Rob.
