Earlene M. Crook was born August 24, 1948 to the late Freddy Vallot Sr. and Geneva Bijou Vallot. She met and married Anthony W. Crook in Port Arthur, TX in 1969, and to this union three children were born. Earlene passed away Monday, May 9, 2016 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Freddy and Geneva Vallot and son-in law Robert K. Hardesty.

She leaves to cherish her memory a loving husband, Anthony Crook, Port Arthur, TX, one son, Yapette Crook, Murrieta, California; two daughters, Rachel (Renee) San Antonio, TX, Rachelle Crook, Port Arthur, TX, four sisters, Charlene (Dwayne), Sparks, Nevada, Gayle (Henry), New Iberia, LA, Susan, Troop, TX, and Gwen Vallot, Beaumont, TX; one brother, Freddy Vallot Jr. (Eula), California, seven grandchildren, Domonique, Keyvonte, Donovan, Trevon, Raven, Keyshawn, Kendrick, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be 9 a.m. Saturday, May 21, 2016 at St. James Catholic Church with visitation from 8 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
