A Port Arthur woman who police say struck a mini-motorcycle killing a teenager and injuring another has been indicted by a grand jury on two counts of accident involving injury/death.

Alexandria Guillen, 20, is suspected of striking a mini-motorcycle carrying Antonio Moretti, 16, of Port Neches and Tause Krho, 15, around 3:30 a.m. Feb. 21 in the 7600 block of U.S. 69 feeder road. The teens were thrown off the cycle near the area of Saltgrass Steakhouse but the bike was lodged under her vehicle. Police said she continued along the access road where witnesses, who saw sparks from the vehicle, caught up to her to tell her there was a problem with her vehicle. They reportedly helped dislodge the bike and the driver continued on to a nearby apartment complex.

Moretti was killed in the incident and Krho was injured and hospitalized.
