Mr. Donald Ray Dozier, was the second child born to the late Lorene Andrus Laday and his father Harold Dozier.  Donald was born September 12, 1958 in St. Martin Parish. He departed this earthy life on April 21st 2016 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas.

He leaves to mourn in his wife Jessie Basque of Port Arthur, TX, one daughter Shawn Gallentine of Port Arthur, TX; two sisters, Shell Laday of Houston, TX, and Denise Laday-Frank (Donald Frank) of Killeen, TX.; he has one deceased brother Travis Granger (New Iberia, La); one grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 12 noon until service time.  Burial will be held at Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Houston at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
