Wilma Stagg Bias, 84, of Port Arthur passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2016.  Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at St. James Catholic Church with Father David Edwards officiating.  Visitation will be 9 a.m. until service time at the church.  Burial will follow in Calvary Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
