Eric Anderson Lewis, age 53, of Port Neches, Texas passed away on April 23, 2016 at home. He was the husband of Susan Lewis.  They shared 26 years of marriage.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, on March 24, 1963, he was the son of Ronald and Ellin Lewis of Scituate, Massachusetts.  He served 4 years in the US Navy and retired from the US Coast Guard after serving for 19 years.  He was employed with Homeland Security of MSU Port Arthur, Texas.

He was a member of First Baptist Church Port Neches.  He will be remembered for introducing and encouraging others to the adventures of cycling.

He is survived by his wife, Susan Lewis, children, Holden, Ava, Kate and Sophia, parents, Ronald and Ellin Lewis, sisters Lynne Lewis, husband Tom Cox, Megan Lewis, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m., memorial service to follow at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2016 at First Baptist Church in Port Neches with Pastor Rob Jones officiating under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home Port Neches.
