Joyce “Pie-O” Marie Gabriel was born in Lafayette, Louisiana to the late Memphis Gable and Loretta Davis.  Joyce resided in Los Angeles, CA for thirty-five years, before relocating back to Port Arthur, Texas in 2012.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Johnny Ray Orphe’ (March 27, 2016), siblings:  Georgia Mae Dixon, Lucy Henry, Freeman Gabriel, and Albert Gabriel.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.  Burial will follow in Live Oak Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
