Patsie Monceaux, 82, of Groves passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015 at Oak Grove Nursing Home in Groves, Texas.
She was born on December 8, 1932 in Rayne, Louisiana to Cyprien LeBlanc and Anita Suire LeBlanc.
Patsie had lived in this area for 58 years and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Groves with Reverend J. C. Coon officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Bluff Memorial Park.
A visitation for family and friends will be Tuesday evening from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. with a rosary service to begin at 6:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves.
Patsie was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Lloyd A. Monceaux.
She is survived by two daughters, Virginia Fischer and husband, Jim of Kountze, and Rachel Lawson and husband, Melvin of Groves, three sons, Kenneth Monceaux , Mark Monceaux and Darin Monceaux and wife, Wendy all of Groves, eleven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
