Jackie Howard Coats, 80, passed away in Port Arthur, Texas on November 14, 2015.  He was born in Monroe, Louisiana on March 21, 1935.
Jackie is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Patricia Ann; a sister, Cymethia Boyd; a brother, Lonnie Coats; children, Toni, Jamie, Jacqui, Wesley, Annie, Patrick and Starlett; 14 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and other family members and friends. Jackie was preceded in death by his parents, George and Bessie Coats; brothers, George, Thurman, Billy, Bobby, Earl and his sister, Lona Mae.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015, 5-8 PM and the Funeral will be held on Friday, November 20, 2015, 2 PM at Rosewood Funeral Home, Humble, Texas.
