Groves Pecan Fest parade cancelled — Festival to go on as scheduled

GROVES — The Groves Pecan Festival’s annual parade, set for Saturday, has been canceled due to the forecast of rainy weather.
The festival, however, will go on, rain or shine, Ronnie Boneau, executive director of the Groves Chamber of Commerce and Tourist Center, said.
