A recent Port Arthur Memorial graduate who was kicked off the Texas-San Antonio football team last week is accused of posting sex videos of his ex-girlfriend online.

JaCorie Jones, 18, was arrested Wednesday and charged with unlawful disclosure or promotion of intimate visual material and assault with bodily injury, according to the Bexar County Jail activity list. Such acts are considered “revenge porn,” which has been considered criminal under Texas law since Sept. 1.

Jones is out on bond for both charges, according to the list dated Thursday.

A school official confirmed to KSAT-TV and the San Antonio Express-News that Jones was kicked off the UTSA football team Oct. 27 for violating team rules not related to the criminal charges, and that Jones withdrew from classes as of Thursday. Jones was not listed on the roster on UTSA’s athletic website Thursday evening.

According to the affidavit, the Express-News reported, Jones’ ex-girlfriend called police to the Chaparral Village Apartments on Sunday after Jones threatened to hit her with a brick and left her with a bruise after grabbing her arm. The report continued that Jones threatened to post images of him and her having sex unless she agreed to stay in the relationship, and it also mentioned a tweet from Jones that read “…This hoe finna get exposed (with a smiley face).”

Jones was not listed in season statistics on UTSA’s website. KENS-TV said Jones had not played in a game for the Roadrunners, who are 1-7 on the season.

He was recruited out of Memorial as a cornerback and signed a letter of intent in February after de-committing from Houston the previous September, according to 247Sports.com.
