Wareen Hayes, 87, formerly of Cottonport, LA died peacefully at her residence on Friday, September 25, 2015 at her residence in Port Arthur, TX.
Wareen was preceded in death by her late husband Tilton Hayes, Sr. mother and father Verlie and Jessie Brown; brother Frank Brown; son-in-law, Arthur Kyle, Sr.; grandchildren, Darren Kyle, Shonda Edmondson and Donneisha Hayes.
She is survived by 3 daughters and 4 sons Barbara (Clarence), Rose, Linda (Arthur), Tilton (Brenda), Jimmie (Mary), Gerald (Gert) and Donald; 17 grandchildren; 26 great -grandchildren; 13 great- great grandchildren; special friends, Dr. High Sheffield and family, Sis. Milo, Sis. Harris and Sis. Clark all of Port Arthur, other relatives and friends.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Eastern Star Baptist Church with Rev. Lloyd Scott officiating.  Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time.  Burial will be Friday, October 2, 2015 in Cottonport, LA under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
