On the early morning of August 5, 2015; Helen Janette Norton; 64, passed on to our Heavenly Father.  “Janettie” or “Nettie” to her granddaughters; was a loving and peaceful soul.  Her radiant love for God, and family spilled into her passion for education.  She was forever an educator whose credo was “the only way to educate oneself is through reading.”  Her home, office, and her life revolved around the pursuit of knowledge.  Janette possessed the purest unconditional love her family and friends.  Her spirit, inspiration and determination left this world a brighter place, especially for her three cherished granddaughters.
Janette is survived by her husband Richard; their daughter Jennifer Clowers and husband Kurt; their son Travis and wife Kristen; her sisters Joanna Reiter, Shannon Cox, brother, David Light and three granddaughters Claire and Elise Norton and Collette Clowers.
Visitation will be Friday August 7th from 6 to 8 PM at Klein Funeral Home CY Fair Northwest, 9719 Wortham Blvd., Houston, TX 77065.  Funeral services will held at 11 AM on Saturday August 8th at Fairfield Church of Christ, 20402 chappell Knoll Dr., Cypress, Tx 77433.
