Serella C. Griffin born on March 11, 1955 departed this life on June 19, 2015 at her home after a lengthy illness.
She was preceded in death by her father William Carmouche, mother Eldora Carmouche, 3 aunts, Geraldine Evans, Martha Irene Hyder, Lillie Mae Nero.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 38 years, James C. Griffin, adopted son Telvin Ladue of Port Arthur, 2 brothers, Calvin Carmouche of Baytown, TX and Robert Carmouche of Morgan City, LA, 1 aunt Juanita Escort of Houston, TX; 3 sister-in-laws, Fay Gloston, Odeau Holloway, Mercy Willis, 5 brother-in-laws, Herbert Griffin, Adolph Griffin, Henry and Clarence Plowden, Calvin Green and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel with visitation from 9 a.m. until service time.
