Mrs. Grace Garvins of Port Arthur died Tuesday at Hermann-Memorial Hospital. A native of Jennings, Louisiana, she was a resident of Port Arthur for over 60 years and was a home provider. She was a church member of First Sixth Street Baptist Church, Port Arthur, TX.
A visitation is scheduled from 12 p.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday at Gabriel Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow immediately at 2 p.m. Burial will follow in Johnson Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Gabriel Funeral Home.
Survivors include: niece Ruth Mae Guidry, great niece Willie Mae Simien, and great, great niece Rena M. Edwards all of Houston, TX.
